Hi everyone, my name is Brodie and I am the founder of Darwin Chess Lessons.
I learnt to play chess when I was 19 years old and instantly fell in love with the game.Since then I have played tens of thousands of games online, competed in various tournaments, started two social chess clubs (in Port Augusta and here in Darwin) and coached children both one-on-one and in schools.

When I moved to Darwin at the start of 2022 I become friends with fellow chess player Rajeev. Together, we formed Darwin Social Chess Club.
Darwin Social Chess Club meets every Sunday between 4.15-6.15pm in the Meeting Room of the Casuarina Library. -
It is the perfect place to meet other chess players and enjoy some friendly games. Equipment is provided and it is completely free.
